We got a call from a home owner requesting Loudoun County roof repair and the problem that he’s having is several leaks around these satellite dish mounts. And it’s all due to the contractors because when they installed these mounts these here and the supporting brackets. They just bolted them directly to the roof. They did not apply any kind of sealant underneath the mounts and the brackets.
So being that these are no longer in use, everything is going to come off, the mounts, the brackets, the wiring, everything is coming completely off the roof to do the proper roof repairs. So what we need to do is replace all the damaged shingles.
