This entire neighborhood will end up needing Herndon roof repair work due to sagging gutters
I’m at a home here in Herndon, Virginia, and I notice they have a problem with their gutters here sagging. Where you see the gutter dropping down at the lowest point, that’s where they’re going to have a leak, where this roof meets up against the wall. The reason why is because when it rains heavy, the water cannot go uphill quick enough to where the downspout is, so the water overflows over the front, but it also goes over the back.
They have the same problem with this gutter, but also I noticed every home in this community has a problem with sagging gutters, and many of the people don’t even know they have a leak, but eventually they will.
Here this neighbor has a problem. Now over here you can see they have missing roof shingles, and that is definitely causing a leak inside their home, and their gutter is sagging as well.
This house has missing shingles that were replaced, but the roofing contractor used a totally different color. Then here they have missing roof shingles that need to be replaced. So many of the homes here, need roof repair or gutter repair. Again this is Herndon, Virginia.
